Orders from the Wine Shop:
A current price list is available on The Gallo Wine Shop section within Grapevine. 

Orders will be filled by The Gallo Wine Shop and shipped to the outside locations by internal courier. Each case will be clearly marked with the employee’s name and location. Deliveries will be made to all outside locations once a week. 

The following schedule outlines the deliveries to each outside location: 

Southern Route: Fresno Winery, Fresno Growers Relations, SJVC, SJVE, Livingston Winery, Livingston Ranch, Snelling Ranch, Ripperdan Ranch, Courtside Winery
Northern Route: Sonoma Winery, Sonoma Grower Relations, Sonoma Ranch, Martini Winery Rombauer, and Lodi. 

All orders must be received at The Gallo Wine Shop by Friday of each week to be included in the shipment to arrive by courier on the following Thursday.  

Purchasing Policy:
Participants may only purchase products that they will personally use or consume. Giving a few bottles of wine to family and friends is considered personal use. Products cannot be purchased for resale, for other employees, or persons not employed by the company. This is prohibited under company policy. All employees must present a photo access control badge which visibly displays their name and photograph when making a purchase at The Gallo Wine Shop. Retirees and Growers are requested to provide picture. 

Allotment Policy:
Each eligible participant is able to purchase at a special discount price, thirty-six (36) cases each calendar year. Allotments are divided into a quarterly period of three months. During each quarter, a participant may purchase a total of nine (9) cases. The total quarterly allotment may be purchased at any time during that quarter. Cases that are not purchased during a quarterly period cannot be carried forward for purchase in another quarterly period. 

Close out Wine Policy:
Close out wine will not go against your quarterly allocation. These wines are offered at terrific discounts and have been taste tested for quality by our winemakers and the winery’s Quality Assurance people.
